A Brief Introduction

Hello!

Welcome to my beautiful mess. I invite you to come as you are, through the open door. Here, have some tea. Introductions are always awkward and I hope to embrace that awkwardness on our way to being more comfortable with each other. The world is pretty crazy right now. Take a deep breath, and shut it out for a moment. It will still be there when you`re ready to come back.

Now, let us start with the basic, cliche questions. What`s your name? Favorite color? I want to know you. What makes you tic, what all of your passions are, your craziest life experiences that have made you who you are sitting right in front of me. For me these questions hopefully lead to more than small talk. I personally think small talk is so awkward, but it is the hard push to deeper, more meaningful conversations and questions.

Now, that the awkward introductions are taken care of, I hope this space is welcoming and most importantly safe. The world is crazy right now and probably will be for a long time and so I hope these words that not only bring comfort to me, but to you as well. Most of the time they will be stream of consciousness, but through that I hope to grant you an escape dear reader. Occasionally, I may post poetry, works of fiction, and political pieces, but I`ll make sure to keep you posted. Now, come on this journey with me.
